Installation and Operation
Select our suitable "conical" stripping fiber wheel or the imported "conical fiber wheel" product and install them on the two shafts of the machine.With the conical part of the stripping wheel facing up, slightly adjust the gap and turn on the power to let the machine run normally for a while.Turn off the switch after everything is normal.Place the supplied mesh abrasive cloth between the two conical surfaces and adjust the distance between the two stripping wheels; slightly loose is appropriate.Restart the equipment, hold the professional mesh abrasive cloth by hand and dress the contact surfaces of the two wheels, so that the contact surfaces between the two wheels fit better.Once everything is ready and normal, you can test stripping with a wire using the same method.To test the stripping effect, adjust the pressure of the contact surfaces of the two stripping wheels through the adjustment device to finally achieve the ideal stripping effect.
During operation, simply place the end of the enameled wire to be processed between the conical surfaces of the stripping wheels and pull it out; the stripping work is completed in an instant.Based on the principle of grinding off the insulating layer or oxide of the enameled wire through the high-speed rotation of the conical stripping wheel.The surface of the stripped enameled wire is bright and clean.The paint removal effect is remarkable when a single enameled wire is used.(Finer specifications can be processed in multiple strands.)
After long use, if the surface of the stripping wheel becomes uneven or bumpy during operation, it will cause wire breakage and incomplete paint removal.In this case, the stripping wheel needs to be re-dressed, which is a normal phenomenon.See the initial steps above for the method.Once everything is done, normal production can be resumed.During operation, pay attention to dressing the stripping wheels regularly and avoid over-tightening the adjustment device, so as to achieve the paint removal effect.Otherwise, it will cause damage to the machine and result in abnormal operation of the machine.
The conical stripping wheel produced by our factory can be moved upward on the shaft using the shaft collar, allowing reasonable movement of the two wheels to adjust them to a usable surface. Repeat the above steps until it runs normally, and use it until the entire wheel is worn down to the bottom.For easy operation, the wheel is directly mounted on the shaft through the principle of interference fit.Therefore, when replacing with a new wheel, simply pull out the old wheel and insert the new one.Repeat the above steps and it will soon work normally.
