This machine can give full play to its greatest strengths.Short wires within 50MM, which used to be considered very difficult to process, now present no difficulty at all. Even when the total length is only 1MM, both ends can be stripped 0.3MM at the same time. Wire feeding, cutter advancing, cutter retracting, re-stripping and stripping speed can be set separately. For isolated wires, stripping can also be forced up to 99MM, eliminating the previous problem that isolated wires could not be fully stripped and the core wire could be damaged.
一, 主要部件功能的简要介绍:
1 Wire feed wheel: feeds the wire and strips the wire head.When stripping short wires, the wire stripping machine strips both the wire head and the wire tail (wire length less than 50mm). When performing middle stripping, in addition to stripping the wire head, it also has the function of stripping several points in the middle.
2 Wire outlet wheel: feeds the wire for the wire stripping machine and strips the wire tail. (剥线机在剥短线时没有作用, 需使"出线轮抬起旋钮"在"u"位置)
3 Gap adjustment knob for the wire feed wheel: adjusts the wire feed wheel gap of the fully automatic computerized wire cutting and stripping machine. Turn it upward to increase the gap, and downward to decrease the gap (adjust according to the thickness of the wire).
4 Pressure adjustment knob for the wire feed wheel of the wire stripping machine: adjusts the pressure of the wire feed wheel. Pull it out and turn clockwise to increase the feed wheel pressure; pull it out and turn counterclockwise to decrease the feed wheel pressure.(Determined according to the strength of the wire insulation, i.e., the difficulty of stripping the insulation: if difficult, increase the pressure; if easy, decrease the pressure.)
5 Wire feed wheel lifting knob: lifts the wire feed wheel when threading the wire stripping machine. Turn the knob clockwise to lift the wire feed wheel so that the wire can pass through smoothly;工作时放下进线轮逆时针转动旋钮为放下进线轮, 压住线材.
6 出线轮间隙调节旋钮: 为剥线机调节出线轮间隙, 往上旋动间隙增大, 往下旋动间隙减小 (根据线材的粗细来调整) .
7 出线轮压力调节旋钮: 为全自动电脑裁线剥皮机 调节出线轮压力, 拉出后逆时针旋转, 出线轮压力增大, 拉出后顺时针旋转, 进线轮压力减小. (Determined according to the strength of the wire insulation, i.e., the difficulty for the wire stripping machine to strip the insulation: if difficult, increase the pressure; if easy, decrease the pressure.)
8 出线轮抬起旋钮: 取出线材时抬起出线轮, 逆时针转动旋钮为抬起出线轮, 以便能够顺利取出线材; 工作时放下出线轮, 顺时针转动旋钮为放下出线轮. (When using the short stripping program, the wire outlet wheel should be lifted.)
9 刀架总成: 在全自动电脑裁线剥皮机 中负责线材的切断, 剥头和剥尾, 停机状态下, 上, 下两刀片需打开到最大, 以便线材顺利通过刀具.
