The SZ-169 high-performance enameled wire stripping machine adopts our company's newly designed "full-contact" conical stripping wheels with remarkable effect. It can completely remove any hard insulating enamel, enamel, ML, lsonel, etc. from the wire surface without damaging the copper (aluminum) wire itself.Applicable wire diameter range: AWG45-28 (0.03-0.75mmØ), suitable for very fine wires, and can process multiple strands of enameled wire at the same time. Easy to operate with excellent results.

Installation and Operation
Select a suitable stripping wheel and install it on the machine with the conical part of the stripping wheel facing upward. Place an enameled wire between the two stripping wheels and adjust the two wheels until the enameled wire is lightly clamped. Hold the coil part by hand, then turn on the switch to test the stripping effect. The ideal stripping effect can be achieved by adjusting the contact pressure between the two stripping wheels.
During operation, place the enameled wire at the top between the two stripping wheels, then gently pull the enameled wire out from between the stripping wheels to complete the stripping work. When the machine is started, the conical stripping wheels rotate at high speed to grind off the insulating enamel or oxides on the enameled wire. After stripping, the surface of the enameled wire is bright and clean, and the stripping effect on a single enameled wire is remarkable.
If the surface of the stripping wheel becomes uneven or bumpy during operation, it will cause wire breakage and incomplete stripping. In this case, the stripping wheel needs to be dressed. Use abrasive cloth to dress and flatten the conical part of the stripping wheel until the conical parts of the two stripping wheels are in even contact.Dress the stripping wheels regularly during operation to extend the service life of the stripping wheels.
The conically designed stripping wheel can be moved upward along the shaft by means of the collar on the shaft until the entire bottom of the wheel is worn out. For easy operation, the inner hole of the wheel fits directly onto the shaft, so when a new wheel is needed, simply pull the worn wheel off the shaft and plug in a new one to resume work.
