Solder bar for aluminum wire | solder bar | eco-friendly solder bar
* Electrolytic pure tin with good wettability and fluidity, easy to tin.* Solder joints are bright and full, without defects such as cold solder joints.* Sufficient antioxidant elements are added, providing strong oxidation resistance.* Less solder dross, lower energy consumption and reduced unnecessary waste.* Stable performance in all aspects, suitable for wave soldering or hand-dipping furnace operation.
Instructions for use of solder bars:
1. For first use, place an appropriate amount of solder bars in the solder pot, connect the power supply, turn on the power switch, and adjust the temperature to around 320℃. Apply solder with a solder bar onto the heating tube that has turned red until the solder surface covers the heating tube. When the solder bars begin to melt, add more solder bars in time until the molten solder surface reaches an appropriate height. Never power on and heat the solder melting furnace when there is no solder in it.
2. The set temperature should not be too high to avoid accelerated oxidation of the solder surface; it is generally appropriate to set it at around 300℃ or according to actual needs.
3. The temperature range of a general solder melting furnace: 0-500℃.However, the actual maximum temperature is around 300℃-400℃.
Precautions:
(1) The solder melting furnace is equipped with a ground wire. Users must connect it and ensure proper grounding for safety.
(2) Before using the solder melting furnace, check whether the power supply voltage matches.
(3) The solder melting furnace should be kept dry and should not be operated in humid or rainy environments.
(4) The solder melting furnace should be placed stably, and no flammable or other items should be placed within 0.5m around it.
(5) When using the solder melting furnace, the operator should wear goggles and heat-resistant gloves. Take care to prevent foreign objects from falling into the molten solder pot during use to avoid accidents.
(6) Once powered on, the solder melting furnace must not be moved, and its electric heating parts must not be knocked, disassembled or installed at will.
(7) During use, the housing of the solder melting furnace reaches a temperature of 50℃-80℃, which is normal. Beware of the high temperature and do not touch the housing.
(8) After use, turn off the power. Do not leave the solder melting furnace powered on and heating unattended.
(9) If the solder melting furnace malfunctions, personnel with professional repair skills should be hired to inspect it.
