Installation and Operation
Select a suitable cutter head and install it on the chuck at the front of the machine. Insert an enameled wire into the center of the cutter head, and use the fixing wrench to adjust the chuck so that the cutter head gently clamps the wire. Then withdraw the wire, activate the switch, hold the coil part by hand, and gently push the enameled wire into the high-speed rotating cutter head until it reaches the preset stripping length. Then carefully withdraw the wire, and the stripping work is complete. If necessary, the opening of the cutter head can be adjusted by loosening and tightening the chuck to achieve the ideal stripping effect. When the machine is running and the cutter head rotates at high speed, the insulating enamel or oxide on the enameled wire is removed, and the surface of the stripped enameled wire is bright and clean.
To set the required stripping length, loosen the fixing screw of the chuck and withdraw the chuck to reveal the stripping length limit pin. Adjust the limit pin with the fixing screw to set and control the stripping length of the enameled wire.
