Operation Method: [See the operation example diagram in the manual for details]
A. Plug into a 220V AC power supply.
B. First remove the protective cover of the cutter head. Adjust the scraping edge according to the required wire diameter;Loosen the headless hexagon socket screws that fix the edge and the required positioning (see the example diagram for details).
C. Turn the adjusting nut (to adjust the size of the scraping edge: clockwise to enlarge, counterclockwise to reduce). Generally, first set the edge opening slightly larger than the enameled wire diameter, then clamp the shank. Hold the enameled wire in one hand and turn the adjusting nut with the other until the edge slightly rubs against the surface of the wire diameter; then lock all the screws to be fixed.
D. Adjust and lock the limit pin in place, then install the protective cover.
E. Press the power switch and the motor starts running.
F. Hold the enameled wire to be scraped flat and insert it into the feed inlet to start paint stripping.
